MUSICAL PROGRAMME:
16:30 Kaunas Zoo
18:00 dargana
19:00 Lapkričio dvidešimtosios orkestras
Lapkričio dvidešimtosios orkestras - Vilnius-based postmodern orchestra playing non modern music. The band unites 8 charismatic musicians hardly fitting even on the largest stages. It is hard to pinpoint the genre of the Orchestra: somewhere between dark post-punk and cabaré. Add extravagant images, original and meaningful texts, and eclectic aesthetics – you get the picture. Each and every concert of XI20 Orchestra happens to be a manifestation of joy as an act of resistance. People say this band is the pride of the Lithuanian Estrada stage.
dargana - indie soul music devotees from Vilnius. The listeners can be sure to find a piece of themselves in the lively and warm music that dargana is bringing. After releasing their debut album "Tiltai" in 2023, this year they promise to bring new music to the listeners, and it is during this concert that the premiere of their latest single awaits!
Kaunas Zoo began its creative journey in 2014 when it formed a musical ensemble deeply rooted in improvisational and performative practices. The collective is fully committed to spontaneous sound creation, constantly enjoying a vibrant flow of sound and attracting people who love music.
The event will take place in the context of Putvinskis Street Day. More information here.
