Klezmers are back: Vilkija
Vilkija has had an active Jewish community for a long time, so many forgotten traces of Litvak culture have survived in the town.
The CityTelling Festival invites you to get acquainted with these cultural traces during a tour. Later join the klezmer musicians for a concert! Klezmer music will be performed by violinist Boris Kirzner, percussionist Arkadijus Gotesmanas, accordionist Darius Bagdonavičius, and clarinetist Haroldas Parulis.
The beginning of the tour: at the Nemunas stage. Registration for the excursion is here.
IMPORTANT. The tour will start at 13:30, and the concert at 15:00. (duration 30 minutes).
