Excursions “Living House” | April

Since its inception with the laying of the first foundation stone in the thirties, the walls of this building have borne witness to its transformation from sacred premises to hospital wards, and later, into event halls hosting rock concerts with a revival mood and a bar cherished by Kaunas bohemians.

We are delighted to announce monthly excursions to the “Living House”, inviting you to explore the hidden corners of the Kaunas Artists' House building. Immerse yourself in the colourful history and vibrant presence of this institution, while enjoying the opportunity to listen to audio recordings over coffee—tales shared by those who have worked and created within the walls of the Kaunas Artists' House.

Excursions are held in Lithuanian. However, for those interested in an excursion conducted in English, please gather a group of five individuals, contact us, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
