Laimę Nešanti Katė x In a Cloud | Concert

There is a saying that if a black cat crosses the road, bad luck follows. But not this time.

On April 12th, Saturday, at 7 PM, the stage of the Kaunas Artists' House will once again be filled with sound. This time, we present two rising music groups: Laimę Nešanti Katė and In a Cloud.

◆ The Kaunas-based duo Laimę Nešanti Katė is known for its improvisations that are full of unexpected discoveries, blending synthetic and live sounds. Having released their debut album Laimę Nešanti Katė last year, they will be performing at Kaunas Artists' House for the first time.

◆ Joining them is In a Cloud, a band distinguished by its hypnotic ambient and drone-style soundscapes. By running guitar sounds through intricate effect chains, they craft musical narratives that often unfold in surprising ways - even to themselves. In a Cloud will be performing alongside Arnas Mikalkėnas, a well-known improviser in Kaunas and the artistic director of Jazz Academy.
