MEETINGS: Burnout. How to recognise, manage and prevent in time? ❖ Memory Exercise
25 November, 18:30 Kaunas Artists' House will host the last event of this year's series of events between artists and cultural management professionals "Meetings", dedicated to the topic of burnout.
In the first part of the event, medical psychologist Eglė Rojienė will talk about the phenomenon of burnout and how to recognise it in time and help yourself. In the second part, cultural producer Klaudija Aleksandravičiūtė will share her personal experience of what it means to experience burnout.
The overwhelming workload and the constant pressure to achieve high results can become a huge emotional burden leading to burnout.
